If you wish to book our services, or wish to enquire about any of the services that we supply please fill in this form and in the comments section give me as much information as possible about the event in question. Please remember to fill in the all parts of the booking form or it won’t send.

T&C’s – Booking Form – Deposit

As the title suggests all relevant details can be found here.

To confirm your date we will need a booking form and Deposit.

We cannot hold any date until the deposit (non-refundable) has been paid.

If you need your date moved we will accommodate you as many times as required and move your deposit as well. If we do not have a date available to suit, only the deposit is non-refundable and all other money will be returned to client minus deposit.

Payment

Before making a payment let us know to expect a payment and how you are sending it so we can confirm back as soon as it shows up, we ask this because we are dealing with more than one person, thank you for understanding.

When making payment please make sure you tell us when & if it is coming from a different persons account other than the person booking the wedding, as this saves time. Without this information, we cannot create a paper trail.

We prefer a Bank Transfer as our preferred payment method.

Once you have filled in a booking form, we will reply with a ‘received booking form’ and give you our bank details for you to make a deposit payment.

All payments are done securely from your bank to ours.

How do I use PayPal friends and family?

Login to your PayPal account.
Click Send & Request.
Under Send money, Enter phone number, email or contact name.
When prompted, select Sending to a friend.
Enter payment amount, add a note (optional) and Submit.
